TOTAL COST OF ORDER:

 

 

  1. Select the photos you wish to include in your album.  Prepare them per instructions on the Captions sheet.
  2. Fill out this Order Form and also the Captions sheet. You can either print them out or save the files to a floppy disk. If any captions are longer than 10 words or if you have Text-Only Pages, you will save money by sending the files on a floppy. (Because we don't have to re-type the text!)
  3. Select your order choices and determine the total cost.  Include your check or money order, payable to: WebTronix UK Ltd.
  4. If you wish to add additional photos to an existing album, send us the new photos, along with your original Forever Photo Album CD and a completed order form and caption sheet. Send only ONE copy of your CD. Disks are CD-R media and cannot be overwritten; multiple copies of the updated album will need to be ordered as new.
  5. Pack your photos, order form, caption sheet and payment with at least one and preferably two pieces of corrugated cardboard. If sending a floppy disk for your captions, tape it to the outside of this cardboard "sandwich."  Photos mounted on mount board will not be protected---they need more.  Remove photos from picture frames to avoid damage from broken glass and lighten the weight---send only the photographs.
